The Last and Final Day of the Key Challenge of the Week

We are kicking off the weekend with the final issue modern enterprises are regularly faced with in 2021: Rise in Encrypted Traffic and Threats.

5 years ago only about half of all web traffic was encrypted; today, that figure is now over 86% 😳 Attackers have become more sophisticated in using encryption to disguise their malicious malware and ransomware.

In 2020, Zscaler, a cloud-based information security company based out of San Jose, California, analysed nearly 7 billion threats hidden in encrypted traffic using SSL and TLS channels. From their research, they recognised a 500% increase in ransomware delivered over encrypted channels between March and September 2020.

The team at Venari Security understands that this is a prevalent issue impacting the day-to-day lives of many security teams. That is why we have assembled an experienced management team consisting of security specialists from the likes of FireEye, Tanium, Vodafone, and ITC.

With the Venari Security Threat Detection module, we can help your security teams become the hunter, not the hunted.
